Women’s Support Circle
A supportive, women-only space to gather, share and explore wellbeing together.
A safe space for connection and growth
Women’s Support Circle offers a safe, supportive environment where women can come together to share, reflect, and explore their wellbeing in a guided, respectful setting. The circle is intentionally held to encourage openness, listening and mutual support, allowing each woman to be seen and heard without judgment.
Through conversation, creative expression and gentle reflection, women are supported to explore their experiences in ways that feel meaningful and accessible. The use of expressive and holistic approaches helps create space for insight, emotional release and personal growth, while honouring each woman’s individual journey.
More than a programme, Women’s Support Circle is about belonging. It offers time to slow down, connect with others and build supportive relationships in a way that feels nurturing, grounded and held with care.

Why does this matter?
Many women carry responsibilities, experiences and emotions that are rarely given space to be expressed or witnessed. Women’s Support Circle creates a dedicated environment where women can pause, reflect and tend to their wellbeing in a way that feels safe and supported.
By coming together in a circle, participants are offered an opportunity to connect more deeply with themselves and others. Shared reflection, creative expression and guided facilitation help foster resilience, self-awareness and a sense of belonging, supporting wellbeing across emotional, mental and relational dimensions.
Who is this for?
Women’s Support Circle is for women seeking connection, support, and space for personal reflection in a gentle, guided setting.
The programme is suited to women at different stages of life who value shared experience, respectful listening and holistic approaches to wellbeing. No prior experience is required, only a willingness to participate in a supportive group environment.
Facilitated by Dee Petit and Anne Hurst
Women’s Support Circle is co-facilitated by Dee Petit, founder of Sassy Red, and Anne Hurst, an experienced art therapist and counsellor. Together, they create a supportive and respectfully held space where women are guided with care, professionalism and compassion.
Their combined approach weaves conversation, creative expression and strengths-based frameworks to support emotional wellbeing, reflection and connection in a way that feels safe and grounded.
