Understanding the foundations of wellbeing
Back 2 Basics is a six-week, face-to-face wellness programme designed to help participants understand how the body functions as a whole and how everyday lifestyle choices impact health and wellbeing. Through a balance of education and practical experience, the programme focuses on building knowledge that can be applied confidently in daily life.
Participants are guided through the fundamentals of physiology, learning how body systems work together rather than in isolation. This theoretical understanding is supported by hands-on cooking sessions with seasonal, nutrient-rich ingredients, demonstrating how simple food choices can support long-term well-being for individuals and families.
Back 2 Basics empowers participants to take responsibility for their health by providing practical tools, knowledge and skills that are easy to implement. The programme supports not only the prevention of illness, but the development of strength, vitality and balance in everyday living.
